1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Navon Innovations' website, event registration platform, mobile app, onsite hardware (kiosks, RFID/NFC systems, face recognition, flap barriers, badge printing) and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Navon provides event technology solutions for event organizers, corporates, conference venues and their attendees, including but not limited to online registration and ticketing, onsite check-in and badge printing, access control (RFID, NFC, QR, face recognition, automated flap barriers), cashless payments, a mobile attendee app, and AI-powered engagement experiences.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

Certain features require an account or event registration. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials. You must be legally authorized to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt our systems (kiosks, access gates, payment infrastructure); attempt unauthorized access to another attendee's registration, badge or wallet; upload false or fraudulent registration information; or use our Services for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments & Fees

Fees for technology services booked directly with Navon are set out in the applicable service agreement or quote. Event ticket pricing is set by the event organizer. Cashless payment top-ups and NFC wallet transactions are governed by our Cashless Policy. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, platform designs, hardware configurations, branding and content provided by Navon remain the intellectual property of Navon Innovations or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell our Services without written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data, including registration details and biometric data used for face recognition, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers (payment gateways, WhatsApp/SMS/email delivery, cloud hosting). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navon Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to event disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control (power outages, venue issues, force majeure events, or third-party service failures).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Navon Innovations harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for any user or organizer who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our systems.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
